Can someone explain??

my team is still at rookie level. It's decent but not amazing. I have a handful of 5 star, a handful or 4.5, and a handful of 4. My rating is like 27,000 yet I can't win more than 3 games in a row in the prime event? What gives? I've been playing all day today and yesterday yet 3 games is my max. It varies between 2 and 3 everytime
