How are club leaderboard placements determined?

How come on one account a club that is in Bronze is placed in a leaderboard where rank 1 only has 500k points in the event but on another account that is also Bronze, rank 1 has 26 million in its leaderboard?

What is the determining factor that places one club with easy rankings and another club with a very difficult leaderboard? Literally one of my accounts has such an easily leaderboard with nobody over 500k points, but another account that is also in a Bronze club everyone in the leaderboard has over 10 million.
