If you are in the US, and Glu has “disappeared” gold that you purchased, and has then refused a refund or credit for any reason, please file a complaint with the bank or credit card company that you used to issue payment. This is your best chance for a refund, and maybe it will help Glu understand that while cheating may be a problem, it’s not our problem, and we are not required to unwillingly pay for policing it.
