Where is my achievement reward

i contacted customer service about not receiving my achievement reward for moving up to diamond level 3. They told me that sometimes it is a delay to wait 24 hours and contact them if I still haven’t received my reward.well that was 72 hours ago.over the last 2 months I have spent over 2 thousand dollars on this game.i always buy gold on the weekend in order to get the legend player and to do well in the event.not this past weekend.i will not be purchasing anymore gold until I get my reward.love the game just wish glu had some customer service.not a very happy VIP
