i dodn’t Receive my reward for moving up to diamond level 3.i contacted the customer service and they said wait 24 hours because sometimes there is a delay.well it is now over 72 hours and not only is my reward missing but the customer service rep is as well,because I have footnotes no response back in 2 days.i have spent over 2 thousand dollars on this game the last 2 months and I always buy gold for the events but I will make no more purchases until my reward is given to me.someone might want to find the customer service rep to.love the game but when a VIP like myself tells you.your customer service is horrible.hire some people
