MLB TSB 17 troubleshooting

I downloaded the game and booted it, played around with it for a few minutes and checking it out. The next time I booted it up it booted up fine but i could not click on any buttons it was like it froze up. I uninstalled and downloaded again and its doing the same thing. Any idea why this might happen?
