Can’t log in to my account in 2018!

Can one of the admins/moderators please help me?!
Move been locked out of my 2018 account for no reason. Every time I try and log in it loads to 88% and then crashes. I know it’s not my phone because when I delete the app I can reinstall it and open a new account and even sign in to my son’s account through the same phone.
I spent a lot of money on this account so I don’t know why this is happening and if it’s maybe a bug?

After about 4 hours I was able to get back into my account but this has now happened to me 2 days in a row. What is happening between 3-7pm EST that keeps causing me to get locked out of my account??
