Customer care caused my login issue

I had issues with still seeing ads after I made a purchase. Customer care instructed me to delete the app and reinstall to see if ads come back. I did that. But now I can’t log back in. It’s not right that glu customer care told me to delete the app but now I can’t log back into my team. They should help me be able to get back into my account since they instructed me to delete app which caused all of this. 

I have submitted a ticket to customer care and have been waiting for a response for 2 days. 

I would appreciate any help you can give me regarding this issue. Thank you

    I kinda have the same problem.i was unaware of the one device play rule.previously I went back between iPad/iPhone playing the 2017 version.not so with 2018.i thought the app had a glitch and deleted it.however I could not log back in after re-installing it.unfortunately glu was no help.i had to create an entirely new team.i backed it up to my email instead of Facebook this time.

    try and talk to customer care. They helped me get my account back

    takes a while to get the account back, but it is possible
