Game crashing when watching videos

Anyone else experiencing this? Sometimes it will just crash when it is “loading video.” How can I fix this?

I have an iPhone and can only watch one movie at a time if I try watching another after that it just says video loading. It’s crappy if you find a way to get it to work let me know.

I have an IPhone and do not experience this.

The videos take about 30 seconds to load. If you click right away, it won’t work. You have to back out, collect the 4 gold, then go back and wait for the video to light up showing you that it is ready to be watched
