I'd like to start off by saying glu employees on customer care really do try their best to help. So everyone who is unhappy be patient with them because there are a lot of tickets they deal with and there is so much they can do but if you are patient they will compensate and help as best as they can. Thank you IPABLOI

    I’m not unhappy with them because they do try. There just aren’t enough of them. I shouldn’t wait 5-6 days between responses. That’s just bad business

    Customer Care isn't the business they're in, for the record.  It's making video games.  Amazon hasn't got much of a record for Customer Care either and things are working out pretty good, and I don't mind bringing this up since we're now talking business.
