My Customer Care representative is unresponsive

Hi!

i started a VIP Hotline conversation six days ago, having registered two issues with customer care. I’m being completely ignored! A.) Id obviously like to resolve my two issues, but also B.) there needs to be a way to end a conversation if the representative isn’t doing their part!

    Agreed, have had the same issue.   Best not to respond to the same rep after they think they have resolved ur issue.  Just leave honest and appropriate rating and start another conversation. If u get a bad rep ur stuck.  Odds with reps seem to be slightly better than odds on boxes.  It does appear that they are trying to improve in this area

    In this particular case, I never received an opportunity to end the ticket. That’s the most frustrating part. I’ve had good experiences with them in the past, but this particular agent is ruining my impression of them.
