BRACKET start day

im sure this has been answered before , but if i was going to start a new club what day is the best to start one ???? and when do the brackets get made up ?

I'd start on a Monday so you can try to get weekend perks.  Also, most people abandon ship I've noticed after weekend events because they're upset that club doesnt put up enough points.
