Can’t Load My Team

65000+ team and I can’t reload it. I had it backed up via Facebook and email but when I try Facebook I am being told, “Cannot Link Account,” and when I try the email I’m being told that I have an invalid email. What is the purpose of a back-up system if it doesn’t work? The same could be asked about the purpose of your customer service messenger when everything takes a month to get answered. I’m really annoyed with this and I’m losing my patience here. 9 Innings stinks but at least there aren’t a fraction of these kinds of issues over there.
