Does Machado getting traded affect the game in any way? If he is on my roster will he change MLB teams which could affect his bonuses?

No. Trades don’t affect players.  He will still be considered an oriole!  

On on another note tho... I suspect a new version of machado to be coming out soon

I'm pretty sure he'll be switched over to a dodger on the game. Austin Jackson switched from the Giants to the Rangers when he was traded.
