Hey all,

I just received VIP status, surprisingly I haven't spent the $818 or whatever the rumor is, anyway, just trying to figure out the turnaround time for CS tickets. I tried to send them a ticket asking to subscribe for the VIP newsletter as well as trying to see what they can do as my fan rewards gold reset after 18k gold spent!!!

its been two days. The first message they sent back after the initial message was " you must be a VIP to subscribe.
I replied with a picture of the badge and the VIP lounge.

    I've had good luck (1-2 hours) til recently. Sent one in monday, got an initial response in 30 mins but nothing since. Usually it's great but I think they've got their hands full atm.

    I’ve been sitting on a ticket for a couple days...just sit tight they’ll get back to ya.
