Problem with the Forums

Hey all,

I had to register a new account on these forums with a new username to post this because my old log-in isn't letting me log on. I've reset my password 3 times and when I try to log in, I get a "Permission Denied" error. I've emailed Glu support but haven't heard back yet. Anyone have thoughts on what could be causing the issue? Thanks!
