Seems to be totally random but I am sure there is some algorithm tied in to your spending habits but no one knows sure.

i get them like twice a week..weekend and around thursday

I just tried to buy one. Plenty of money in my account, logged in. Clicked on the offer. Took it a few minutes and told me Purchase Failed. Now the offer is gone.

I’ve had some success, it seems, although it could be wishful thinking, triggering an offer by opening investments and clicking on an offer and cancelling - don’t have auto purchase or whatever it is - set up. Also seem to be more offers at end of events and Thursday to roll into the weekend.
