No reward's for perfect game, no hitters...?

Why isn't there a reward for pitching a perfect game or no hitter and hitting for the cycle? Those are the games most amazing and prestigious feats that are rare and historical when accomplished.

Seems like there should be but its more common here than real life... ive had multiple games where a pitcher has struck out every batter in a complete game shutout... pretty cool(and unbelieveable) when you see a stat line read 9.0IP 0H 0R 0BB 27K lol
