Weekend rewards

so I was able to score 7 x Labor Day players as well as all the fan reward players this weekend.  Yes I put a lot of money into it... and was hoping that at least one of those players would be good for events this week. Sadly not yet.  Those that spend a chunk of money on the weekends should be rewarded or they’ll just stop spending.  Not meaning to be a complaint by I just don’t understand.
