Potential duplicates do not show correct level?

Believe it or not but I never paid attention to this before. Did potential duplicate picks ever show the correct level they would be if you got them based on the level you already have that same player at? Take Chapman here for example which I have maxed but the draft pick shows bronze 1 instead of gold 10.

Usually, if you already have the guy, it would showed up like this:

It usually shows the correct level of the player you already have, but not always... no idea why it would sometimes not be correct. Hey @DFBB I got the same lower level Prime Posey on my B team today lol, and the higher version was showing in the draft pick list of possibles... they sure know how to hurt a guy lol

@Sandpipers Thanks to the Bench and Yady, I've totally moved on from the RISP Posey. Like, totally. :)

Strange indeed. Same thing happened with the previous moments pick for Colon where it showed him at Bronze one.

Boxes show progress, picks always show bronze 1 stats. It's been like that since I can remember.
