Replay videos not working

I got a new phone yesterday, recovered my account with my email, and since then my continuation videos aren't working. It didn't work for the extra energy point for the weekend event, didn't work for any CVC, and now isn't working for walk off hero. I would watch videos several times and it still wouldn't work. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I try to reinstall at risk of losing my team?
