No rewards

I had just beaten the  gold iv playoffs and got logged out as soon as I had won my 3rd game to ultimately win the playoffs, because I got logged out I didn't get my 600 gold, 3 1st round draft pics, and 20 bonus games. Can anyone help?

Same thing happened to me. Contacted CS twice and each time they said their logs showed I did receive my rewards.
