Game Crash Because of Faceless Slugger

A few weeks ago, I cycled the Slugfest event, and the prize was supposedly a Prime Trevor Story slugger, but I couldn't see him. All I saw was a faceless slugger. However, after I cycled, I got a 0 overall rated Jonathan Schoop slugger that doesn't have a picture. I realized that I couldn't see Trevor Story as the prize because I hadn't updated the game for a while. After I updated, I could see Story as the prize, but I still had the faceless Schoop. Ever since then, I have been experiencing game crashes whenever I try to open a new slugger draft pick, or when I try to open the Improve Slugger page. What can I possibly do to fix this? Does anyone else have this issue?
