I thought I was keeping things under control... a lot closer to vip territory than I ever imagined... maybe I should just bite the bullet and sink myself to the bottom lol
Customer service told me there was no way they could know since they don't handle the transactions. You just got to add up receipts in play store acct on android.
@DFBB Just was my experience with Customer Service rep Brian. Two or three days before I came a VIP I asked what my total spent was and that was reply I got. To make matters worse he didnt close that ticket out so I spent two weeks getting put onto VIP mailing list. Finally got raymond to answer and help me through that same ticket.
@razorback24 Unfortunately, the CS agent you get can sometimes feel like opening a box. A buddy of mine in my club made the exact same inquiry as you and was given an exact total within the next day.
