2 Team Dilema....Help please!

About a month and a half ago I decided to start a new bronze team after hearing how apparently once, once you go past silver you’re screwed. But I couldn’t just ignore my gold team since I had invested so much time in it. I kind of went through th motions and the craziest thing happened...it got pretty good! So now I have two teams and I’m feeling like it might make sense to just focus on one. Should I? And which would you choose? Just trying to figure out the best way to enjoy this app. I spend occasionally but nowhere near VIP or anything. Here’s my teams:
