Reward club loyalty

Glu needs to do a better job of rewarding club loyalty. Cvc on the weekends is incredibly frustrating for the middle tier clubs.  You're playing against players that drop millions in a single round and as soon as the event is over most of the members leave to go join their other club.  It would be in everyone's interest to make this more competitive.  

I would love to see cvc mean more about the club rather than one high score.  It seems like forcing people to sit out cvc for one season would go a long way to stopping all the cvc jumping and be easy to implement.
