Well Monday vs Ohtani I was 1-30, I’m already through on my second try today got Mendgen and since I don’t have near the pitching I do hitting his 290 stuff replaces Snell as my Ace, where he’s scoring well in prime games.

45 mins to get to Blue, 2+ hrs to get past Blue, nothing but fastballs for a walk off homer vs ohtani......and I got Teddy!! Yowzers

I can also confirm that pitch calling for sale/blue/ohtani are all 5 over your max level. For example, if you're gold, they're at 65. I'm plat, so they're at 85 for me.

I'm having more trouble with levels 3 and 4. 

Willie Mays is 283 and seems like he cannot hit anything other than the occasional blooper for a single against Rizzo. Yelich clocks in at 291 against Hendricks who is 83 and same thing, really.

Then on level 4, Not Justin is eating Harper for lunch over here.

Have not used so much as a single restart on level 5 yet.

I’m losing a lot of autoplays to bad pitchers today and blew what should’ve been an easy 2nd cycle but I pulled the right meh player out of the box and basically got tier 5 for my club in about 22 prime games.  I wouldn’t mind Teddy the two skill version but the rest of that box is uninspiring as I’d be hesitant to spend evo/lxp even on the premium pitching in that box.

I'm convinced the difficulty ramps up in the early evening. 2 easy cycles in the first couple hours - can hardly get a sniff at Ohtani now.

Walk-off in diamond was done tonight. Used Harper with the boosts at 13 and 14%. One try on Ohtani. Beat Vida with 0 outs. Boom!  Mengden of course.

@Bigpredfan congrats buddy. The prize may not have been what you wanted but cycling in diamond is an accomplishment by itself.

Just not going to be my day in the walk off part of royale, (prime games with Mendgen was pretty nice) last attempt I just had was a 383 Gallo 5-4 runner at first no outs and the runner gained one more base.  All told 2 for 18 and now 3-48 last two days .

My prize was being able to just get it done. We’re there some others in the box I would prefer?  Sure. But when you expect to get none and you get one, you still leave happy. The XP boxes were worth it. 

Mendgen probably wont even be leveled up because I would prefer to spend the blue XP on Harper and a 435 blue XP Markakis to make it a little easier. 

Only thing it cost was unlocking the 2 best hitters (180 gold) and 2 batting boosts I purchased. I’ll take it for sure!

I had a busy day at work today so only got to play the last couple of hours. Managed to cycled twice in the last hour of the event (Vida was giving me some real trouble, like 15 attempts with mostly curveballs). In any case, cycled twice and got Correa twice. What a waste. 
It wasn’t a good box for me anyway cause only the 500 pitcher was usable for my team, but still, it sucks to get the worst player twice.
