Why don't you interact with your customers?

In this day and age of social media, you have multiple platforms in which to not only put out information, but converse freely with your players.  

I think most would agree it makes you seem more "human" and would give you an opportunity to better explain issues that frequently frustrate your paying customers.

Blue Leopard used to occasionally post here, but even his appearances have now been few and far between.  Obviously,  you're aware of this forum -- it's yours -- and I'd have to assume members of your team read it frequently.

Yet, you pass on these opportunities to interact and instead remain constantly cloaked in an air of mystery.   The few times we do hear from you, it's usually something cryptic generally open to interpretation.

We can't get an answer to something as simple as whether or not player skill boosts activate and deactivate during a WOH as the applicable situation changes.

Why don't you want to talk to us?

    Live cs in game would be awesome. Most companies do it now Idk why they don't. Instead it takes days to get responses
