Skill Not Working ...

Last Monday , Ted Williams was in sale, I brought him by paying $29.99. When I start increasing his skill level , I took his first skill at 20/20 level , at that time game freezes , and that level went increasing , it's stopped at 31/20 , which is impossible ...now after few more clicks on skill it reached 35/20, but his effectiveness is 00.00 %, though his second skill which I upgrade to 17/20 shows 17% effectiveness, while playing game it shows that 17% boost. I wrote GLU CS , they responding but rectification is not happening. They told me to keep that player on inactive roster so they can check what exactly happened ,  I did so but still no sign of rectification. Feeling frustrated, coz investing $29.99 with lots of resources to build skill at max level and still can't use him any game mode. 
Always getting reply that we have forwarded your concern to our team. 
What should I do now ? Any help !! Or should I keep waiting !!
