Update draft picks

If you haven't totally phoned it in on TSB, please update the draft picks to contain actual decent players.

There is no joy left in opening a pick of any kind anymore.   1st pick, prime pick, legendary pick, it doesn't matter.  They're all terrible.  

The minuscule odds are bad enough, but even the best possible picks are lousy.  I pulled a Legendary Eddie Matthews from a Prime pick tonight, which was a miracle in itself.

The problem was he is a 440 max player with NO skill boosts and really no investable value whatsoever.  And this was a rarity to even pull this "good" of a player.

Picks have become totally obsolete.

It’s because the game is weeks from being over.  The picks in 19 will be relevant again soon enough.

The problem with this is 1) They've been obsolete for several months already, 2) There's still 2 more months before the next game comes out which is still a considerable amount of time, and 3) This game isn't over when TSB '19 comes out.
