When 19 comes out, would I be able to still play both of the games on my phone?

No reason why not. I have 17 and 18 on my phone but rarely open 17

@aaronchenn if things stay the same as previous versions then yes but 18 wouldn't have any new boxes or bonus players for purchase and WOH would just be for the same players. 18 would also no longer be available for download in case you need to change devices or reinstall. 

All of that of course is as I mentioned only if things stay the same as before.
