Lawsuit against Glu

I saw this worked for someone who posted in the Suggestions forum, so I'm giving it a try.

On Monday, my account was jailed for no reason.  I have been playing since April '18 and was Diamond level 3 and moving up fast.  I was following the strategy many folks on this forum posted about.  I would play tournaments to win bonus games, and whatever cash I won from bonus games or events I would sink back into tournaments.  In one week, I went from Platinum 10 to Diamond 3.  I didn't think I was doing anything wrong.  Apparently, Glu disagreed or I got caught in a clich.  Either way, customer service gave me generic responses about how my account had been identified as having "participated in exploiting the game" and the lock on my account was permanent.  Such BS.

If anyone from Glu actually reads this, my team name is WayneCity.  Please rectify the situation before I have to take further legal steps.
