Unbanned but Unresolved

This is the email I received. Remember this could happen to you. My response (You either owe me an apology, or tell me what I did wrong so that I can correct it, so this never happens again.) It appears they will not tell me because I did nothing wrong. I paid for my gold, watched videos, and put effort into my team. Now i’m just awaiting on my next ban. Before you put money in this game, remember they can ban you for no reason. I’m DAIRY4321 and this will probably be my last post because they will see it and ban me.
