Prime games crashing

Been playing all day but now when I try to play a prime game for the weekend event my app crashes on iPhone 8.   Everything else works fine.

Same here. Since around 3pm Friday, every time I attempt to play a prime game the app crashes. When I open it back up it shows up like I played the game. I’ve inquired to support and got the normal response “make sure you have enough space on your device, a strong WiFi, Yatta yatta yatta”. I responded again today but haven’t received a response. So much for quick responses for VIP’s. Hopefully we can get some kind of hook up from this. My club doesn’t take too kindly to guys who don’t produce.

Same for two team members.  iPad Mini’s 3 and 4.  GLU where’s the acknowledgement and a fix?  Some rewards for the frustration would also be nice.
