CvC score not counting?

As the title says, my CvC score is not counting on the screen where it shows who has however many points. Am I doing something wrong or is this just a game glitch.

I had the same issue. I put in a cs inquiry and they told me that I did something wrong. They wouldn't tell me what I did wrong but it is a permanent restriction. Kind of a douchy move by GLU.
