Unable to collect fan rewards

For over a few days I’ve been stuck with this screen. I’ve tried to collect it numerous times and nothing. Restarted phone/tablet and even uninstalled app to see if that would do it. Still there and no help from the developers of the game. Anyone know how to get around this issue? Thanks. 0
