cheating?

Looking at the list of top 20 scores on Game Center something seems amiss. The top 20 on the leaderboard have exactly 9,223,372,036,854,775,801...all 20 of them, and number 21 is not even close to them. How exactly is it possible for 20 people to have exactly the same score?
