  Please tell me your joking about a lawsuit. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't like the game, don't play it. Problem solved.

  I'm pretty sure Glu and all of the other pay for play app developers get around all of their legal hurdles by giving all players a totally free way to play. Obviously you cannot really compete if you don't spend, but technically there is a free path to play.
