    That means your team is useless because they flagged you for cheating. If that is not the case, open a ticket with customer care

    Yes open ticket with customer care.  Feels so much better when you get an automated response that says you cheat and your S.O.L.!
    I'm confused by what you mean by 5.7 and 5.8.  You mean the round and level?
