I've compiled a list of players in the prime draft picks for those who are interested. If I've left anyone out, please let me know and I'll edit. Below are a list of pitchers with their ratings(arm/control/stuff/max) as well as batters with their ratings(hit/power/speed/max):

    It depends. When they first came out, I was all over the prime picks. However, none of them have bonus skills and as weekend box players/woh rewards/purchase players continue to increase(currently 345 max), they've become much less attractive. For what it's worth, I will be spending 20k so I can get Yelich. Three weeks ago, I splurged on 40 prime picks for the fan prime. Today? It's unlikely that I will go that route. Instead, I will take my chances on the Manny/Verlander boxes. That said, it really depends on your team needs. And boy, Ichiro/Pujols/Mauer sure look good!

    Edit: Sorry, I didn't address your question directly. I would say it's very close, but you're probably better off buying what you need vs chasing player 'x' in prime picks.

    @DFBB You are exactly right with the comment you made yesterday. There are some really terrific, high max primes picks available, and there are also some primes that are barely better than a POTW with skills attached. So at 40:1 odds, you could “hit” and get a prime that really isn’t even worth trying to level up as prime xp is at a premium.

    I just got Prime Joey Bats as a C vs C award. He has less than 1000 OPS, very dissapointed

    I have a Prime Posey, max 372, no skill.... better than the 4star he replaced but doesn't match up to the version listed above unfortunately. Thankfully Prime Bregman at max 425 makes up for it hehe.

    I saw that version added to the catcher prime position draft picks, but I wasn't sure if it was added to the regular prime draft picks. Bummer that you got the 'mortal' version of Buster prime. Thanks for letting me know.

    @DFBB happy ruth hunting this weekend. Hopefully the 30k legend is decent and you get one as a consolation prize. That shinny glow he is really worth trying for, and his MAX always goes up as new players come out!!!!

    Thanks man. Dude, that glow is mesmerizing! LOL. I LOVE that they made him(and other ATGs) future proof. A great, great feature! Here's hoping!

    Thank you again. This is fantastic. I screenshot just about everything I do in the game—player releases, special offers, progress, etc. Then I  put the most pertinent information in my “book” for quick referencing. For you to put it out there for everyone on the forum to see is a big help and very selfless. It is greatly appreciated.

    Side bar: I got into the habit of screenshots a few years ago when completing special offers (Mobile Strike), making a purchaes, spending a substantial amount of gold, etc...I screenshot every single step. This practice helps anytime there is potential for an issue. You have all the proof you need should the unfortunate circumstances arise where a Customer Service ticket is needed. If such a situation does come up, send those puppies in and there is usually a quick resolution. I hope somebody reads this sidebar and learns this practice.

    Thanks @Thumbsters ! There isn't a day that goes by that I don't s/s my resources and activity. I have a good understanding of how the game works and I'm paranoid about being flagged. If it ever happens, I'll have ample proof that it was done legitimately and over A LOT of playing hours. In fact, it's part of why I've chosen to be transparent. Many guys hide their team names, but I want it known that I have nothing to hide.

    @DFBB.. You may want to add 420max Alutive... dont have his stats tho. He was a box special last weekend. Very good stats for a prime.

    I've only included the ones that are available in the prime draft picks. Think I should include every prime player introduced?

    Once the box disappears its about a week or so before those players are added into the "prime pool". i,e) The prime draft picks. Dont quote me on a week or two but that's what it seems like. So the more and more of these 405+ primes that keep coming out the more get added into the pool.

    So far, there have been two 'batches' in the prime player pool for the prime draft picks. The ones that were included upon release and the ones that were added in the beginning of the month. If more get added, I'll be sure to include those as well.

    I've updated the legends list. I attempted to edit Edmonds' ratings, but it's not going through because it needs to be approved my a mod. FYI: Edmonds should be 131/137/99; 470 +RHP

    Man, I just got the poor man's version of the godly Buster. He's soliid, but not much of an upgrade from my JT prime. 😪

    Weird, it wouldn't let me post. Anways, no, Legends are NOT in the prime picks. I simply listed them as a point of reference.
