    Yea expos I know, they tell you its demographics and crap but its not. I have a second team on my old phone in the same house and wifi and it works just fine. But careful resetting IDs. If you do offers you may get flagged and banned.

    It just reset my ad identifier and videos are working now and no problems with tapjoy.  Thanks, probodybuilder1

    You wont know if you have any problems until you start doing offers. Anyways, not my problem. Just letting people know. All the best.

    I had offers failed and they gave no reasons at the time why, when I pressed tapjoy they said they flagged me for using too many advertising IDs they ended up paying the offer with the caveat that if I continued to reset my ID they would permanently ban me from the service.  Hence the only time I’ve reset it since was inadvertent when I restored my phone from a backup during the freezing issue a few weeks back, I’m fortunate to still have tapjoy as an avenue of gold production.  Something likely broke on glus end on the video thing hopefully they’ll fix it.

    Yea if people dont wanna listen then thats on them. I use tapjoy all the time for offers so I never reset my ID. My videos worked find until the update at 1pm during derby. I cant wait till it get resolved. Resetting ID will only burn you sooner or later if you use it for gold.

    Its a technical issue on their end. Leave your AD id alone. It will only burn you later when you try doing offers. Just be patient.

    I suspect those with videos won’t have any after 20 of them so save them if you don’t need gold for replays/moments

    Sadly, after I did 20 videos, none are available again. I did NOT reset ad Id either. :(

    This morning so far I’ve been able to watch 152 gold worth of videos so maybe things have returned to normal?

    Good to know I'm not the only one dealing with this but sucks that it's so wide spread only take from it is it's not us it's something on tapjoy's end or the game it's self

    I'm getting no videos available again. If Glu Sports is experiencing technical difficulties and / or they are in the middle of re-negotiating advertisement, they need to announce in these forums. I rely on 300-400 ad watching a day to at least be half-way competitive with this game without robbing my bank account. If this is now governed to 20-30 videos a day, I'll have to stop playing this game.

    They simply have no offers to show you at this time for your demographic. Happens all the time. In 6hrs youll be swimming in free videos again. Be patient and follow the rules.

    I haven't had videos all day and in general haven't had many videos for the last month. Last night I had a few videos but thats been about it for this week. Not much fun...
