ad restart not working

When i click the free restart on WOH, i get a video to play, but no restart. It brings me back to the same screen. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

It has been happening to me since the update. Usually I am SOL for that session, but if I close and re-open it fixes it most of the time.

this. Just happened to me on 5.10. so frustrating. but a force quit and restart usually solves it... at least for one round.
