The potm boxes only have a 39% chance of a player. Each box is the same odds and the odds don't stack. Just because you buy 100 boxes doesn't guarantee you 39 potms. The odds are in your favor and it's strange that you didn't get one, but it's not a slam dunk. Those odds are something people must take into account when purchasing boxes.
While the odds don't stack on iterated, independent draws, the probability of a certain result is affected by repeated draws.
In the case of opening 7 PotM boxes and not getting a player, the probability of that happening with complete randomness is about 3 percent. Not a high probability. But, not insignificant either.
Where the farce of the box odds actually gets exposed is when users with multiple accounts end up getting the exact same results for pull after pull after pull on both accounts despite those accounts being on separate devices using different setups.
When that happens, as it has, it shows that it's virtually impossible for the box outcomes to actually be truly random.
