TSB 19 Account Issues

I have a prime franchise player locked on my team and can't be swapped. When trying it force restarts. I can't donate helmets. gloves, or balls to the club. My points don't tally in CvC. It just remains at zero when I complete a round. Any event points I obtain is listed as my contributions but doesn't carry over to the club. Global chat doesn't work. Contacted Customer Care but no response for 3 Days. Any ideas.
