I have some open spots in 0verkill (the 0 is a zero) but I routinely drop anybody who is underperforming. We're in the top three. Join if there's an opening and if you earn your keep you're welcome to stay. :)

It's very hard. I placed second in the event two weeks ago, so I have gear that gives me 360 attack damage and even I need three fights to kill one of those bosses. It would be better if guild members could work together to wear down the same spawned boss within the 30 minute window.
