'Happy Victims' has 1 spot available... We came in #2 on the Invasion event - Most of our guild were within the top 100; Casual play is fine, with a little more focus when events are in play, especially if they ever get the Guild Awards to work. No level requirement, but most are 40+ (lowest level we have is 27).
