Thanks for trying Glamazon, but, like many other people, my phone would not allow me to sync with itunes without first deleting everything. I didnt want to do that. Is there any way to get back all of my currency?

You mean the missions that allow you to "team up" with the premium characters? I was able to do one, but none of the other icons did anything new.

Hey Lillwaldo. I finally figured it out. I played a bunch of the easier darkness missions which got me enough money to get a level VI weapon for Z'Dar and some upgrades for other existing gear. This somehow was enough to push me over the edge to beat that level and a bunch of other easier levels too.

COBOK, of course leveling up makes your characters a little tougher, but does it make the enemies tougher too?

I started out NOT doing these 5 gem upgrades until I realized that there was a level cap and that I'd be ruining my chances of getting to the end of the game w/o these additional skill points. Now, after playing dozens of tapjoy apps to always get more gems, I STILL don't know if my heroes will ever be tough enough to win…

Just guessing here, but maybe the effect is in the damage, not in the animation. Meaning, that enemies are hurt faster, but the characters dont look any different?

I have wasted so much time and effort accruing these "gems"... I dont mind games with in-app currency. BUT this "pay to win" stuff is horrible.
