  • All my active games vashish every time the app is closed or crashes.

  • It's been over a week for me too. I haven't heard back from customer support either. They said they would respond to my email within 5 business days. Today is the 5 th business day and still nothing. I love the game but it is impossible for me to play because of all the bugs I'm experiencing.
