Hey tsb programmers why don't you make it so you can watch as someone is batting against you??? That way people can't reset at bats. Makes too much sense I suppose.
I have wright- he bats .360 with homers every 7 at bats and steals bases at 90%. I had beltre and he hit .370 for me with homers every 22 at bats. Wright is nice because at the higher levels it's nice to take it out of the yard against the harder pitchers. Plus beltre off the bench is nice.
If you're going to spend some real cash so to speak the best thing is pile up some gold when it's on sale and then spend it on #1 and 1st round picks when they are having fan rewards for prime players. It is insane how many picks you need to get 5* players and then all the sudden you will get 2 in 5 picks. I usually mix it…
The best tips I have are: 1. Swing only at pitches down the pipe until you have 2 strikes and then you have to protect the plate a little better. 2. Trying to pull the ball too much leads to swinging at bad pitches 3. If a pitcher has an 8 or 9 arm concentrate on the ball as it comes out of his hand and hammer the fastball…
5* OF's Cuddyer and Braun are pretty weak with below .300 averages. Braun has ok power numbers but is extremely unclutch! I found Bryce Harper at 6-8 is better over all than both those guys.
One thing I've noticed with him is if you auto play him they leave him in for 6,7,8 and 9th with 3 runs or less. When he gets tired he gets pounded sometimes and that pumps up his numbers. Usually I play the 6th or 7th and take my starters out. On another note I was excited to get 5 start Doolittle as a reliever until I…
I have a few prime players- wright, pojuls, and ichiro. Wright is solid batting around .355 with a homer every 8 at bats and stealing bases at 90%. Pujols is a monster .405 with 4.5 at bats per home run. Ichiro bats .430 and is clutch. These players aren't cheap....literally! But they are pretty cool to play with.
