Why is my account on 2018 suspended for violating terms when I have never done such a thing. Happening way to often to the players. We are being penalized for playing the game and collecting gold rewards. Tech team needs to handle this as apparently it is just as bad if not worse for 2019 beta

You know my account was flagged 3 weeks ago and can't get any help at all and was also told to get a new phone. However, has become unflagged 5 times in 3 weeks for 20 minutes each times then locks up again. Can't get help from anyone nor can I get any answers for anything.

Forgot to add, one rep actually told me to get a new phone and they would fix my account. My phone has plenty of storage etc to run the game so that was extremely odd to ask a customer to get a new phone and they'll fix my issue. Current device was never rooted etc as I have no idea how to or what a root does.
